Set in the oldest Welsh Georgian Farmhouse part in the very heart of the Castle, this convenient and pleasant ground floor Apartment has great character.

Muriau has a spacious high ceilinged and welcoming living/dining room with kitchen; the old, gleaming, range is a focal point and though merely ornamental now, it forms the centre piece of the comfortable and relaxing sitting room area with its Edwardian suite. The huge dresser is enhanced by pretty ornamental china as are other attractive open shelves within the room. The dining table occupies a convenient place within the room with easy access to the kitchen area.

The relaxing and pleasant double bedroom boasts an impressive carved and polished mahogany wardrobe with the date ‘1887’ sculpted on the front and this is complemented by a mahogany bedstead and inlaid dressing table. It has an additional stained glass window over the bed.

The other bedroom is a pretty twin-bedded room with a sloping ceiling and matching large antique twin beds. Both bedrooms contain washbasins. There is a bathroom with toilet.

Outside, there is a small walled courtyard patio area with a small fig tree and circular marble topped table and slate benches for peaceful relaxation midst castellated surroundings.
